So just to fit in a Kitten will put up with anything
Here we are the day we brought the kitten home, talking over what we should name her. Notice how KiKi keeps whacking her in the face? Princess KiKi is noticeably put out with the whole kitten thing. Well, this was the one and only time that the cat has let the kitten even remotely close to her without hissing or hitting at her. The kitten keeps stalking her and she keeps putting her in her place. By the way... we went generic on the kitten's name, it's K.C. just in case she turns out to be a he ;) It stands for Kitty Cat.

Our new kitten's name is 'Bat Girl'.
We didn't give her that name, I just call her 'Batty' or 'Bat Cat'. She is always batting things around, including the other cats, but she stays away from Sadie.

You should have seen her reaction to our mirrored closet. She would prance forward kind of sideways and pounce it. She even tried to reach the cat behind the door, by batting her paw around the back while keeping the rest of her body still, keeping her eyes fixed on her reflection. Then she knew she would find the other kitten inside of the closet and so her quest began and the exploration came up empty because the phantom kitten was just too fast and had escaped.
By the way... did I tell you that Ellie is with a new family? She got hurt by the old houses back door, while we were moving. We brought her here while she mended and it became perfectly clear that we couldn't keep her here. Our new house doesn't have a closed yard. We would never chain her so she would be inside all the time. She managed to get into plenty of mischief while she was here, the three weeks we had her here. We miss her at times and we will cherish the memory of her good traits.

Bat Cat is mostly black with a white chest and white socks on her back legs up to the elbow (?). White front paws, and a white dot on her forehead.

Someone stole the kitty a few days after I posted this clip. We are sad but she was an adorable cat, and who wouldn't want her. We put her outside and left for a little bit and when we got back she was gone. It was right when the middle school down the block was getting out. Her normal behavior has led us to believe that she was meowing really loud and a child called her over and that was it. I'm sure she is still being well loved. I'm not supposed to be on here because we need to go to the other house, but I couldn't help it. HUGS for nOw ;)

I hate it when it's TOOOOO cold. I can't hardly get motivated to move let alone be productive. so I say, "Get you to bed" for that is where all the warmth is ;)

My friend Gabi just got a pair of hand fed kitties. They are so adorable. She was inspired to get them when she was told she couldn't have mine. It's too bad someone walked off with mine, or they would have competition(for cuteness). I bet it's nice having the cats to control the mice population.
